By accessing or using SpiritRoom Atelier, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds: self-paced courses within 14 days if under 25% completion; cohorts up to 7 days pre-start. Taxes may apply.
4. Course access
You receive a non-transferable license for personal learning. Sharing course files or login details is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
All content is owned by SpiritRoom Atelier or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivatives without permission, except fair use.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or harass others. We may suspend accounts for violations.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment or income. Use professional judgment for any project decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
